Who we are
A small company, deliberately.
Hashira Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We build software for businesses and consumers, run the infrastructure it depends on, process data on our clients' behalf, and operate our own online store.
We keep the client list short. That is not a marketing line — it is how the work gets done properly. A limited number of engagements at a time means a named engineer can actually own each one.
If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you before you spend anything. That has cost us work in the past, and we are fine with it.

A named engineer
One person accountable for delivery from kick-off to handover. You will always know who owns the outcome.
You own what we build
Source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation are handed over at the end of the engagement. No lock-in.
Data stays in the UK / EU
Client data is processed and stored within the UK and EU, and retained only for as long as it is needed.
We say no when it is right
If a project is not a good fit, or not worth building, we will tell you before you commit any money.
We stay after launch
Every engagement includes a post-delivery support window, and we offer ongoing maintenance if you want it.
